Quality & Manufacturing

Medical applications require precise mesh geometries, controlled surface properties, and consistent material performance. SEFAR MEDIFAB® fabrics are manufactured using validated washing and heat-setting processes in accordance with ISO 13485 standards to ensure high levels of cleanliness and biocompatibility.

Manufacturing and converting processes can be carried out in ISO Class 7 per ISO 14644 cleanroom environments. All SEFAR MEDIFAB® fabrics are batch tested for endotoxins and hemolytic substances, and Certificates of Conformity (CoC) are available for every shipment.
